Normally I’d give this park a good review as the park itself is great. I go on walks with my family and pup here every day and it usually looks so nice but I’ve noticed since early Feb. that it has been going down hill cleanliness wise. There is graffiti and trash everywhere and it’s very disappointing and odd that the dog poop bins have been removed. I feel that this will be bad for the park, since people can’t throw their trash away why would they throw their dog poop away when they can just throw it on the ground like everything else. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this park.

Creekside Park is beautiful! They spared no expense with making it safe for falls as the ground is cushioned everywhere. They also invested in high quality slides swings and playground equipment. This is the type of park that you always wish was near your home. It’s surrounded by gorgeous tall mature trees that gives shade in the morning and the afternoon. There are multiple awesome gazebos with picnic tables to have parties or get-togethers at. It’s also really colorful and just beautiful to look at. My 15-month-old twins loved it just as much as my five year old. It’s also near a beautiful creek/river (hence the name Creekside) so there’s just a lot to do! It’s a great place to walk your dog also and just sit on a park bench and think about life. It’s the only park in a 30 mile radius that I always think of when I think of where I want to go hang out with my family. Highly recommend trying it out!

Super little park with trails and quaint creek to sit by. Lots of small trails. Located in a very nice little neighborhood. Great for small children with slides and swings. Definitely recommend stopping if you’re in the area.

Creekside park has everything. Adventurous and unique playground in great condition, soft padding to walk on, a large merry go round, an interesting/interactive water feature with water pumps and troughs and tiny rivers to create. No splash pad, but the small water pump feature is great for water play! Nice bathrooms, drinking fountains and shaded tables. Several shaded, lovely trails to explore around the creek and playground. The best place to go here is the creek. Go down the large staircase to the bridge and there's the most delightful, shallow, magical and shaded creek to play in and explore. I'll come back here with the kids just to play in this creek.

Such a neat park. There are so many different things to do here. You can play in the creek, play on the playground, picnic, there's bike and walking trails, and water tables. The parking lot is kind of tiny but you can park all along the street. It's such a unique park! There's nice bathrooms, boweries with tables and lots of shaded grassy areas as well.

Lots of space, shade, and playground to use that pent up energy kids always have. It is not quite as big as the discovery park in Cedar City but the kids still loved it. There were swings, tire swings, monkey bars, bridges, slides, a different playground for small kids to name a few. We really like how they use mats instead of sand and or wood chips. There was also a lot of shade for parents, a restroom, (not sure how clean but at least there are restrooms) tables to eat at, there are baseball diamonds, and there are a few pavilions to eat at and provide shade of needed. There were also a couple tennis courts which I believe are interchangeable with pickleball courts. Lots of open source to toss a ball and or Frisbee. Overall a great park, when in doubt look for a discovery park. Their parks are really good and usually have the following items listed above and probably more.

What a wonderful, amazing, unique park. Fun things for kids from 2 years old (and even younger) in a special area for little ones. The climbable structures are big enough that adults can join in, climbing, sliding, swinging. Tire swings that twist around all crazy. Multiple kid friendly climbing walls. Picnic tables, tennis and pickleball courts. Love, love, love it here.

This is a TOP 10 Utah park to visit. Just a delightful buffet of play structures with a NASA theme. The architecture here is combined tastefully with essential local play structures such as beehives and a farm like fun. This place is ideal for kids of all ages with separate wall off areas for ages 2-5. As of Sept. 2022 this park is undergoing another refurbishment which adds pickleball courts, new fences and other additions. The last park refurbishment took place in 2019. This created a park atmosphere that eliminates many of the old hidden nooks, crannies, and non visible areas where children could hide potentially within the play area itself. Available Parking has enough spots for all. Bathrooms are clean and GRAFITTI free.

Best park I've ever been to, so much fun! Lots of things to do. Oh, on Sundays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., a group of people who do aerobatics; they're so kind and fun to watch. Too much fun even for adults. The park is very well kept and super clean, and the restrooms are so nice and clean as well.

Fantastic park. So many different playground aspects to enjoy. Safe swings and adaptive swings. Close parking. Clean restrooms plenty of old trees to provide ample shade. Connects to big fields for baseball and soccer and the older draper park. A great place for a picnic. Also has water bottle filling stations. Covered pavilion available to rent and reserve. Huge playground for all ages and abilities. Sand volleyball court to play. Benches and tables for sitting. Super soft playground base with a bit of a bounce to it. Some of the funnest playground equipment I’ve ever encountered.

A quick cold visit to see the beautiful lights and share the view with family. It's difficult to find parking near or in the park but we lucked out the vendors were already packing up, but there were plenty of families and children still playing due to the light from the trees. We came to share the Tree of Life with it's million lights. It could very well be! The surrounding trees decorated in blues, reds, greens and other colors don't stand out as brightly lit as they are. It's utterly amazing! What could be added to improve the ambience? If an event organizer added holiday music and have local bands a single stage and let them audition for some time to offer their talent throughout the event. Perhaps add a cultural aspect as well with some displays about the holiday around the world. As it stands, you'll be drawn to go see the lights, find some vendors selling wares and even hot cocoa and some heaters. The Tree of Life (Lights) remain the most spectacular of all

Spacious park with 2 sets of play equipment and 2 swing sets. There is also a large pavilion with picnic tables, separate picnic tables, a large hill to climb on, and a baseball field. One play set is for smaller children. The big one is great other than the gap to get up to the slides is very small, making it hard for a parent to help a child up.

Amazing new playground! Mostly for kids 5 & up although my 4 year old is able to play on a lot of parts of the playground. A few covered tables available. A few shade coverings, a restroom with drinking fountains, a splash pad (I didn't capture, water doesn't appear on while here on Sept 22, 2024) Two large tennis courts, and some smaller tennis looking courts, there's even a skate park across the street for teens!! Glad to find this park! We will be frequenting here. RIP Sierra Newbold. 🩷

Really fun spread out park. It can be rather windy, and therefore can be pretty cold, but the kids don't seem to care. Also, has equipment for the young and the old. There is a bathroom and drinking fountain, but they are closed during the winter months (Oct-Mar~), so plan accordingly. Very open playground.

Beautiful park/playground! I like that the picnic benches are spaced so I can easily see my kids wherever they are. There's a little bit for kids of all ages so my 3 year old and 6 year old are equally entertained. I wish there was more shade on the playground itself - it's going to get toooooasty once summer picks up. Lots of grassy area for picnic blankets and umbrellas - and a walking path to get your steps in!!

There is a splash pad right next to it; which is good and bad, because some sneaky kid will get all wet and then immediately play on the playground equipment. However it is generally hot when the splash pad is on, and it is always windy here so things dry fast.

Kids love it! Some of the new equipment is a bit crazy for a parent but I suppose it’s safe! Just a lot of points where kids could fall, I guess as a kid they don’t mind but as a parent, it’s a big fall in some places!

If you have not gone to this park, do yourself and your children a favor and go. Sometimes during busier daytime hours it gets pretty crowded. But if your child is an early riser like mine, no one is ever there in the mornings.

Shout out to Antonio who maintains not only the facilities at this park, but the facilities at all 19 parks across Draper. We ran into him while he was finishing up here. He was super kind and took the time to chat before moving on to his next park. We visit this park at least 3 times a week and the bathrooms and park are always clean. Thanks Antonio for keeping this place in great shape! As a regular all year long, it’s greatly appreciated!!

Coolest park I’ve ever been to. Something for literally any age and any ability. Definitely go. It’s out of our way but so worth it. I wish the bathrooms were a little closer to the playground, but it’s minor compared to the parks awesomeness. Kids are almost 3 and almost 5 for reference. Park has all sorts of swings and two zip lines not pictured.

Looks awesome! .... Not for anyone under 5 or kiddos to don't like heat. If your kids are fearless under age of 5, spare your momma/dadda heart and avoid this playground. To get to the funnest looking slide you gotta go through endless areas of rope climbing. Even the baby slide requires kids to cross a bridge of it, I saw a dad tell his kid straight up no cause it was to difficult to help his kid across. The splash pad looked fun, but it didn't have a section for younger kids who don't enjoy getting blasted in the face. No shade covering, it just feels very hot.

I really liked this park, the climbing games are the best. It has pikeball and basketball courts, a trail for hiking, pavilions for picnics or birthdays. The only problem is that with the heat the games are extremely hot and there are no more shady places, no trees or awnings, they could definitely improve that. Extra: It has an area to play baseball and throw American football passes. small water park

Quite the epic park! It's really for everything. Swings of all kinds, big slides, zip lines, rope climbing, spinning equipment, a younger kids zone, and then the huge splash pad. Not to mention just beautiful everywhere you look. Lots of lawn and pavilions and rock outcroppings to sit on, and benches in certain places. To the south the pickleball courts and basketball courts. A drinking fountain and filtered water bottle refill station was operating there too. Plenty of parking north and south. North side is the splash pad, playground right to the south of it. If making a day out of the splash pad, it seems like bringing your own chair is wise. Restrooms on the south side were well enough clean for park amenities. Playground has the padded composite ground throughout. The splash pad is concrete. Very fun design with the animal statues, rock cliffs, rivers flowing through. Lots of different fountains and falls and sprayers. Very fun, very few blind spot areas, well kept. Very solid 5 stars. Very far south, past the parking lot and pickleball courts, I saw someone walking a dog, but I didn't see any signage about yes/no dogs or any poop bag stations, but we didn't venture out to the paths around the park, so I can't speak to dog friendliness. Though no doubt a dog would love the place!

One of the best parks with water splash pads. I was surprised to see how nice this park is compared to parks in south Jordan or Riverton. Our kids loved playing in it. The park has a water conservation system saving water and also uses culinary water which is safe for kids while they get wet. Playground has lot of options , again more than what we have usually seen in other parks.

I brought my family to this park for the first time recently, and we had a blast! The splash pad is huge and really fun for all ages! I would say it's about as fun as taking everyone to the community pool. Only it's free! Woo! There are shady spots, pavilions, and grassy areas to sit. The playground looks like a lot of fun, too. There are also fun rocks to climb on all over the place. Definitely going back again sometime!!

I really liked this park, it has good access, the water park has a waterfall and rocks to climb. Along the edge of the water park there are several shaded areas to be with a blanket on the grass, or it has a couple of pavilions that are shaded for much of the day, but when the sun begins to go down, the sun hits them directly. It has a large playground with slides, zip lines, and games in general. The only detail is that if you are on the side of the water park, you have zero visibility of that area, so you are either on one side or the other. otherwise you cannot watch your children. It has areas to walk and enjoy the tranquility, even on Wednesdays you can listen to the rehearsal of a Polynesian dance group after 7 pm.
