Wilson Park now has competition for best park in Rhode Island. I have had Wilson Park as the best Park in Rhode Island, but Jamestown Community Playground is hands down the best Playground in Rhode Island. See the photos. It has everything you can dream of. The slides are high and fun and not low and lame. It is built like a Lighthouse. It has ziplines, ropes to climb, the rope pyramid, and everything possible. So much fun. I had to get up there. Love this place. Wonderful Job Jamestown!! It even house a bathroom area in the shade (portajon), and garbages and most importantly recycling bins. So it is clean !!

Best playground I've ever been to. Lots of things that you wouldn't see at a typical playground. My nieces, who are 4 and 6 love coming here. There's a cute little cafe across the street for coffee, breakfast or lunch. There's also a cumberland farms, which is very convenient for just a coffee or bathroom break.

Our first visit to Jamestown Community Playground was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations. The park is exceptionally clean and boasts a variety of equipment suitable for children of all ages, making it a perfect spot for family fun. One highlight of our visit was the zip line, which our daughter absolutely loved. She couldn't get enough of it and kept going back for more! The playground also features plenty of other engaging play structures that kept our kids entertained for hours. We appreciated the picnic tables available, which made it easy for us to enjoy a leisurely lunch in the park. The combination of well-maintained facilities and thoughtful amenities made our visit both comfortable and enjoyable. If we were locals, Jamestown Community Playground would undoubtedly be our go-to park. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, fun, and family-friendly environment. We can't wait to visit again!

Probably the best playground we’ve been to so far! It’s well maintained with a few tables in the shade. My 2 1/2 year old enjoyed it but it’s even better for kids who are a little older.
