Found this park when looking for a new place for my son. It has a playground and a basketball area. It is a very spacious playground. It's clean and well-maintained and all kinds of folks hang out there.

Nice park. Has lots of grass to run around, skate board area, basketball court, playground and summer time water park area. Son always makes a new friend there. I've even attended a couple small summer music concerts. Everything is always free and open to public

Favorite East Side park: summer splash pad and a nice playground with several basketball courts, reasonably large field and the bridge over Cypress. Very safe and clean.

The neighborhood can get pretty violent but it's not an everyday occurrence so it's not too bad. It is a nice park, during the summer the water park opens so it's fun for the kids.
