Coffman Park isn't a typical park. It's much more. Along with a playground, walking trails, and shelter houses, it also has a recreation center, amphitheater, pavilion, and historic Coffman Homestead.

Well this place is very interesting, like you may arrange any type of event here as they have west and east shelters, one more suitable for groups w kids and the other one away from the play area so could be used for quiet gatherings, and on the other side there is another play area with slides.

Dublin Irish fest was a mess this year. Zero signs directing where to park so we went home and got an Uber. Zero signage for Uber drop off. The official area was blocked so the drivers couldn't pick up people.

Hard to get 5 stars from me, but this park is definitely high on my revisit list. A variety of places to go and sights to see. Good for groups, kids, and those looking for a place to exercise. Wide-open grassy areas to plan larger gatherings or activities. Various covered areas that can be reserved (?) which is helpful if you're entertaining with food and such. A decent amount of parking at several areas around the outskirts.
