I watched the 4th of July fireworks at this park, and the whole event was just incredible. They were so beautiful and coordinated perfectly. The park is very nice, clean, there were a ton of people. Had a great time! Zoom in on the photos. Maybe it's just me, but they're gorgeous!

Castlerock is a nice, large park. Large open area. But it really does not have much diversity. It has a splash pool area, 4 tennis courts, and not much more. Pickleball enthusiasts often use the tennis courts, even though Parks does nothing to support Pickleball.

One of the largest and nicest parks in Billings for doing virtually any outdoor activity. There is plenty of wide open space, suitable for things like football, soccer or even Ultimate Frisbee or just for tossing one around. There is also a baseball diamond and apparently tennis courts,. One of the best features is the FREE water feature. Located on the north side of the park off Wicks Ln. Another nice thing about this park is the free roaming deer and antelope that can often be seen there. This is also where the big 4th of July celebration is held each year, though I hear that's going to change next year, but could not confirm that. At any rate, this is a great park to take the kids to on a hot day and let them play in the water park,. There is also a decent restroom-changing room there as well as a paved parking lot. If you live in the Heights, or don't mind the drive, Castle Rock Park is a great local spot for outdoor activities in a nice, tranquil setting.

We had a fun but brief visit with our children here while in the city on our way to the airport. There is a nice park that this sits in, but be warned they do not having public bathrooms nearby. I feel like this is important to have in the future, but understand with it being a newer park that seems to still be in the process of being built.

This place was so fun. We were taking a road trip across country and we stumbled on this place so the kids could stretch out. I haven't stopped hearing about the dinosaur playground and it was 11 months ago. There were a couple areas that were under renovation but I would guess the weather there would make it hard to maintain outdoor areas. Definitely check it out. Such a cute little area for the kids and the views are breathtaking.

We had my daughter's birthday party there. It was such a great experience. The staff was awesome - they did set up and clean up and were so friendly. All we had to do was show up with gifts and the cake and they pretty much did the rest. I highly recommend them for your next birthday party.

My family just left this wonderful facility! The owner, Vince is so just amazing! My daughter was on the mid air obstacle course and she was pretty scared, but Vince kept going over and checking on her. He got another worker to help her through it and he too was so wonderful! He would talk her through it and reassure her he was there and she’s okay. We went a little over our time limit, but Vince said it was alright. We are from Nevada. Vince made our experience so great! We would definitely come again next time we come to visit! The prices are so great and everyone there is so nice! Thank you, Vince!

We came in on a Saturday for cosmic jumping. We got in in less than 10 minutes. I brought my 2 kids and a friend with each of them. My kids have never had so much fun! They enjoyed absolutely everything. We are extremely impressed with the young man Collin running the obstacle course! He was absolutely on top of it encouraging kids who were apprehensive, and showed understanding for the kids who weren't quite ready for the challenge. He made the night so much better!

Vince is very kind and accommodating- always goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and appreciates the business. Alfred always goes out of his way to talk to the kids and make sure they are smiling and having fun. All the employees have been exceptional. We will continue to travel the hour to enjoy this park.

If you’re looking for a fun, clean, and well-run place for kids to play, Monkey Around is a great find. The owners are incredibly kind and genuinely care about creating a welcoming space for families. And unlike some play places that can feel chaotic, this one is always clean and well-maintained, which makes a huge difference for parents. If you’re planning a birthday party in Billings, Monkey Around makes it unbelievably easy. They handle everything—setup, keeping the kids entertained, and even cleanup. All you need to do is bring the cake and enjoy the day. It’s a completely stress-free way to celebrate, and the kids have a blast. They also offer great classes in Billings for little ones, including music, art, and preschool prep. These are fun, engaging, and a great way to introduce young kids to structured activities in a laid-back environment. Whether you’re looking for open play, birthday parties, or special events in Billings, Monkey Around is a fantastic spot for families. Definitely worth checking out!

We love bringing our 5 year old to Monkey Around! She has been going for almost 2 years now to play with friends and blow off energy. She never gets tired of it! It’s very welcoming, very safe (as long as your kid isn’t a complete hellian - and that’s on you, parents), VERY clean (like, any way I can hire you to clean my house? 😆), and the coffee/drink bar is a really nice option too!

We LOVE Monkey Around! The owner is such a kind person and she is working so hard to make this place awesome for the community by extending hours, days, adding special days in there for sensory kids, collaborating with other businesses like HIVE nutrition, etc. The Bluey New Year’s Eve party she put on was a big hit! My son wouldn’t stop talking about it for at least a full day. My kids are always asking to go to Monkey Around because they have so much fun every single time! Definitely check this place out if you have kids 10 and under! It’s clean, it’s fun, and there is yummy drinks and some snacks too!

Very fun for all aged kiddos. 3 bounce houses for older kids and a private area for 4 & under with a climb space, toys, and their own bounce house. Very clean- during the 3 hours there today I saw staff cleaning things multiple times. Bathrooms are very family friendly with changing tables & diaper pails. There snacks are very well priced and let me tell you parents--the coffee is now my favorite!! For $3.75 I may stop in just for coffee when out in about. It is delicious! Staff is kind yet assertive keeping kids safe. I highly recommend. *please like*

I love this playground. So fun to one around inside a little maze to get to the top to slide down. The kids and I always played hide and go seek or tag at this park. They expanded it and added a nice area for smaller kids and those with disabilities to be able to access play things. There are now areas and slides to fit everyone's needs. it's still being worked on but I saw a little Merry-Go-Round that wheelchairs can roll up onto. I think that'll be awesome to see that up and running and all the smiles that that will produce. 🙂👍

Incredibly awesome place to stop and run children around. It has one of the most interesting playgrounds I've been to in a while with lots of benches and a picnic nook. And if your kid is little, there is a smaller side playground too. Plus, there are loads of little enrichment items throughout - a bunch of talking tubes, multiple xylophones, and other fun toys. All of this on top of a carousel and a fun gift shop with very nice restrooms.

What a fun park! They have an excellent playground that will keep kids busy for hours, a great Vietnam Memorial, a small water park with a lazy river (fee required), and twenty horseshoe pits if you want to start a league. I definitely recommend a visit for a lunch break, especially if you have kids. (See photos for more details)

Stodden is a great multi-feature park, and the playground is very nice, a great place to let your kids burn off some energy and get some exercise. Just a reminder to all the dog owners, our kids playground is NOT your dog's bathroom, dog's are NOT allowed ANYWHERE in Stodden Park. If you are seen letting your dogs out to defecate where our kids play we will photograph you, your vehicle, and turn you in, you WILL be fined.

Great playground for kids ages 2-8, our kids rode their scooters around. This place has a lot of other things around like baseball fields and a little pond that is perfect for kids to fish in. The river is swift so have your kids wear life jackets. The park has a ton of trees with picnic benches that provide the perfect amount of shade. The downfall is we noticed no one cleans up after their pets and quite abit of bums sticking around

What a beautiful piece of property. Tons of history here. I am a little partial because I went to high school very close to here at Billings Senior High. Tons of little creeks and so much color in the trees. My wife had never been to Montana before, and she absolutely adored this park. we will be back if you are in the area and you want some more cool to hang out. This is the spot.

Best and most beautiful park in Billings. Large, lots of trees, shade. and open space. Tennis courts, laughing kids, playground equipment, splash pool, disc golf. Park benches, trails, picnic tables. A great family and community park. Our pioneers obviously had more intelligence and insight than our current Parks Board which designed Centennial Park totally opposite to well documented citizen desires, to be a barren pasture with nothing to do. Nothing for families, for children, for fun.

Fantastic play area! Restrooms very good condition. Good trash can access, picnic tables, water fountain, tennis courts, plenty of treed fields to wander. Populated with kids and families. Well-kept and not sketchy. Looks to have ongoing improvements. Wading pool closed, but nearby construction underway. We'll have to see what's new next time. This was just what we were looking for and worth the trip off the highway! Parking could be better, but was available on perimeter.

Well some positive and negative. Positive is it's beautiful and people seemed to be enjoying it. Negative. Lots of garbage around the picnic tables and the police had to arrest someone not to far from us. So that was a little unnerving. But it's still a very nice park.

Beautiful park. First our map routes us to a not park way off, but then we wondered over near the hospital... and saw on the map a big green spot... oh and it says Pioneer Park lol not sure how that happened. So pay attention to where on your map (are there 2 pioneer parks?) Anyway playground is great! Traditional play set, those new climber things, a small kids playground, a splash pool (kiddy pool - very shallow) and TREES! picnic tables all around. Wasn't crowded at all - considering it's summer and gorgeous out today. Friendly place! Pleased with Billings

Oliver and I found refuge here when a group of goblins were on the hunt for us. I picked some wild flowers, put them behind my ear, and then went on the labyrinth and it taught me how it may seem like we’re going in circles, but ultimately it’ll lead us exactly where we need to be. Beautiful!
