Had a small family gathering at Brookhaven City Park 4/18/21. I must say that the park was clean and the play area kept the small ones occupied.( A few of the kid at heart too.) Plenty of clear grass for whatever you're planning to do (frisbee, kickball, horseshoes, etc...) There's also tennis and basketball courts and a few covered areas with picnic tables. The one downside, the large pavilion area needed some TLC. Besides that, on this beautiful Sunday afternoon the park was the perfect place to be.

This was a very clean and safe park. Between the security cameras and the many available empty trash cans you can tell this city takes care of it's kids and community. My 2 year old enjoyed the swings, slides and splash pad. There was a birthday going on under The Pavilion with a few people but there were still plenty of places to park and lots of room for way more children to play. Would definitely recommend to anyone with kids needing a safe place to play.

Huge park adjacent to the marina, the beach, the aquarium, and a few blocks from downtown. It's very peaceful and beautifully maintained. The walking "track" is about 1 mile around, so it's perfect for fitness, but I also enjoy going there to just hang out. There's a farmers market here on Wednesdays, and all kinds of events during Summer and the Holiday season. I love walking my dog here, too. Jones Park is one of the best things about Gulfport!

Awesome holiday light experience! It was very foggy but added a nice touch. Our kids love it. Was 5 or 6 bucks each to ride the ferris wheel and other rides, can use card for it. Bring cash for the food as they don't accept card.

Jones park is situated next to Gulfport harbor directly south of downtown. It's use for public events and recreation. The lawn is fairly large and it spans the width of the park. A concrete sidewalk goes around the lawn. It ideal for running. The park shares space with a yacht club and it abuts the beach. I won't recommend getting in the water because of fleshing eating bacteria. The park is maintained well. I like going when the flowers are in bloom. It's a fun place to chill with the family.

This was our second trip to Winners Park while visiting Jackson. Although it was during summer, visiting in the middle of the week saw much smaller crowds than the last time we were there on a Saturday. We took our 3.5 yr old grand daughter and there was plenty of things to do. This park is huge, fully enclosed and offers so many things for children to explore and enjoy.

Winners Circle park, the name really says it all. It is one of the best parks I've been to. So glad to have had the chance to visit this park visiting Mississippi, from hurricane IDA. It ranges from all ages. There's so much to do, from the amazing monkey bars, to the swings, the slides. The possibly are endless for your energetic children. They have clean bathrooms, nice tables. Tennis courts. Nice walkway and nice fields. The workers where patrolling as well. Well definitely be back.Thank you for the great experience.

Great place to stretch your legs, play tennis, or let your kids play. I discovered this place by accident. It is a real gem in the middle of the concrete jungle. It has a sidewalk walking trail which has some various exercise stops along the route. Many tennis courts. Barbecue grill with benches under pavilions that you can reserve. And it has playgrounds for various ages. Parking is good and it has clean rest rooms. Well maintained. It is a nice break for being in the city.

Great park with a ton of amenities and places to park all over! Very well maintained walkways sharing the road, but very little traffic makes it safe. There's not much shade on the walk itself, but lots of trails or trees near by to take a break from the sun in. I didn't explore everything the park had, but people were friendly, it was quiet, and had lots to explore. Definitely love the raised gardens and the walkway on the northern side right on the water.

This is a nice area. The park is a great place to bring the family or come alone. They have a big walking trail along the road that you can get some exercise on. It is on the road but they have lines designated for the walking path and most cars will slow down when they get to you, although some just don’t even seem to care and fly on by doing well over the posted speed limit. They have a splash pad for the kids and you can sit and relax while your kids play in the water. If you’re into frisbee golf they have a really impressive course. Every now and then they host a big tournament that brings in a lot of people. It’s fun to watch and might make you want to try out the sport and if you ask someone playing they are always happy to help you get started. I really like the boat launch area. When i first bought my kayak that’s the spot I put in at. Calm water and easy to get in and out of the kayak. There are some peaceful little coves that lead into the back bay. Kayak fishing here is really enjoyable and you aren’t going to get bothered by boats like you would out front. So overall it’s a nice peaceful area that anyone pups enjoy for their outdoor activities!

This is such an awesome playground in Belhaven! Very different from most parks we’ve been to. There’s a lot of interesting sections to play at/on. Bonus points for the emergency phone in the center of the playground, the pavilion, and the take one, leave one library they have way in the back of the huge, grassy field. Check out the pictures because it is so hard for me to explain all of the fun to be had at this park.

Really cute park lots of shade lots of playground equipment designed for ages 5-12. Minus 1 star because It needs some mulch but it looks like someone is working on that as of 4-21-2022

We love the open field behind the playground. Chiko loves to run around here and always gets the zoomies! There are no restrooms, so limit your liquid intake and use one before you head out here.

As visitors to the area, we were extremely early to check in so we thought we’d try to find a park to hang out. This park was unkept and unmanicured. To top it off, the water fountain did not work. I can’t believe how this city is running itself into the ground. The streets had so many potholes, I had to see my chiropractor when I returned home. This is completely unacceptable and undesirable. Get rid of your current mayor!!!

I like this place and it's clean for the most part. My only issue is how much mold is on everything. I understand mold constantly grows but staying on top of treating said mold will prevent children from ingesting it. We can not keep kids from wiping their faces when they get dirt or sweat on their faces and it spreads all that bacteria onto their faces.

I believe there was some poison ivy growing under the swing at some point and it isn't as covered as some of the parks around here like Flowood or Lefleur's. And the restrooms near by could be in better conditions.

I’m a little disappointed when they redid the park they didn’t make it very toddler friendly. I wish they had some equipment for smaller kids. The new equipment is geared towards older kids. There is a part in the middle that smaller kids can fall through and there is no net or anything to catch them if they do. The smaller kids also have a hard time climbing up to the big slide. Give 3 stars because it’s a nice area for like a picnic, but we quit going because our smaller kids were having trouble fully playing on the equipment and besides the swings there are no other options for them to really enjoy. We enjoy winner circle park in flowood because they have 3 separate play stations ranging from baby-toddler, to small child, to large child. It’s great for family’s with multiple age groups. Maybe Richland can add a few things for the smaller kids in the future, so all family’s can enjoy.

This place is a great outdoor place to walk dogs or to bring kids. I have taken my dog here many times and he loves it. I led a mission trip of some high schoolers from texas and I brought them here for lunch and they loved it. Everyone was impressed with it and commented that it was maintained very well. Everything was very clean and the bags for cleaning up after dogs are always well stocked.
