EARTHA BALLARD

Lovely park. The surroundings were beautiful and relaxing. There were a few cars going really fast in the parking lot, as they left. But overall, it was just people walking and enjoying nature. It's also a good place for a little one (teen/young adult) to practice their driving skills.

The Good: The park is a good size with fun play areas that my son just loves. The park is usually always clean and in good order. It is located in a very nice area. The structures are nice and look fun. Like there is a play stature of a bank, police station, fire engine--just things to fuel your child's imagination. There are plenty of swings. There are even xylophones located here that actually sound nice. Also, there is even adult cardio equipment for parents who want to lose a few calories while their children play. The Bad: Bees. There are always several bees around this park. The Judgment: 4 Stars: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend this park! Your children will have a blast here!

My kiddos favorite park. The older kids climb on top of slides and siding like they competing for WWF ladder or cage match additions but the park is still the coolest.

Blandair is a great park because it has so much to offer for kids of all ages - including shaded spots to eat and socialize, bathrooms, water fountains, (fairly) ample parking - depending on the time of day, and usually an ice cream truck on nice weather days Spring through Fall. My downsides are that because it is for kids of all ages, those with littles need to stay close by because sometimes bigger kids are not always paying attention since they are also having lots of fun and don't realize how quickly they can knock someone down by accident. My other downside is since it's opening - a few things no longer work or don't exist, like the raft swing or the pirate boat rocking back and forth. Not sure if things will be replaced over time. I recommend this park for early mornings and dinner time to get pre bedtime zoomies out, otherwise it's usually pretty packed.

It's huge! It's like five playgrounds decided to get together and have a playground convention! It's also got soft squishy surfaces underfoot. Bouncy! Lots of unique pieces that I've never seen anywhere else. It's also quite popular, so there will be lots of kids running and screaming all over. You have been warned. Have fun!

This park is new to me. I didn't notice anything broken and I'm pretty sure we played on everything between my 3 kids. I felt comfortable letting my 7 and 4 year old have free roam over the place as it's fenced in with 1 exit. There are 2 areas for smaller kids, my 1 year old was all over the place and I didn't have run ins with bigger kids because they tend to stay in the other areas. When he did venture into those other areas, I just did my best to guide him, keeping away from the bottom of slides and noone ran into him. There's also a few shaded benches and other shady spots. We arrived about 1045 on a Sunday and the parking lot was quite full. Left around noon and there were multiple spots open. Bathrooms are close by and there are water fountains, no water bottle refill stations though that I noticed. Overall loved it, and we will be back!

I found out about this park from @md.kid.adventures on instagram and decided to drive the 2 hours to check it out. This park absolutely exceeded my expectations! There is so much to do here! The playground is broken up into different sections; the farm animals (My baby was able to crawl around, it had astroturf and was soft enough for little hands), dinosaur/pirates, space (this section is full of tall slides), swings, music, and spinning equipment. Literally something for every age! I also like that a lot of the play areas have covers so it doesn't get too hot. There are also covered pavilions to sit and eat and the bathroom was very clean and well kept up on.

Great park for little and big kids! I went spring break weekend, so the park was pretty packed, as I assumed. Parking lot could have been a bit bigger, but I did find a spot after circling around once. Bathrooms were clean! Ice cream truck was parked. Playground was amazing. So many different structures, slides, stairs, etc. My kids spent a couple hours playing and exploring. One of our favorite parks!

Great place to take the littles and big kids! The pavilion area is also nice if you like having lunch while there. Bathrooms and water fountains are close by, and the play area is gated. Some of the playground equipment can be hot in the summer, so use caution on the slides. Fairly crowded but still enjoyable.

First time here and it was a great park. We took advantage of the smaller 5-12 year old park and the obstacle course park. The larger North park was much too crowded and parking was crazy for a Sunday. People were parking on the grass and park police were giving out tickets. Expansion of that parking lot would be good considering the larger size of the other parking lots for the ball fields and playground areas. The kids had the best time and great equipment to keep them busy. Large clean bathrooms were a major positive. We will have to visit again but maybe during the week when it is less busy. Update May 12th 2023. 9am the park was empty. We had everything to ourselves till daycare and preschool bus pulled in. Still had a blast and what an amazing park.

This is the coolest 3-level playground I have ever seen! Brought my toddlers here and they played for HOURS. I loved how well maintained it is, and especially that the areas are sectioned off by age so I didn't have to worry too much about my toddlers getting trampled by the older kids. Also love that military get in free! Just a heads up that I went on a weekend so I expected the place to be PACKED and it was, but surprisingly there were many adults and kids without masks.

I always love coming here with my 11 and 4 year old sons. Both the boys love the humungous playground and can run around for hours on end! The park is always kept up nicely and has things that are appropriate for both ages. I often meet some awesome stay at home parents and make playdates for the kids. Everyone tends to be friendly! My favorite part of the farm is the animals! I always walk around the farm and pet the piggies and sheep and goats. I love looking at the llamas! I could sit and pet them for hours! There is an admission fee of 6$ but that is an all day pass so if you want to go home and eat or put down the kids for a nap and come back you can without having to pay again which is really awesome especially for someone like me that has a potty training child lol I highly recommend coming here with the family!!

My kids are a bit older and they had a great time. I didn't know about the farm so that was a bonus. They were so excited to pass through the farm to see the animals. A few were not out but those that were out made the experience great. They got their boards out to 🛹 and said the paths were perfect for boarding and turns.

Great playground with soft floor and amazing play structures. There is great shade and plenty of parent benches. The kids loved all the variety of play. The covered pagodas had a couple of birthday parties and it looks like a great location to plan a child's birthday and not break the bank. Love this park and will visit again.

An absolute jewel! Its a very well maintained park with a few unique playgrounds, picnic tables, a decent bathroom, basketball courts, and even a great skate park that has never been busy! There is a giant slide that goes down the side of the hill, a playhouse with a bridge that’s designed as a piano that plays notes when kids step on certain pieces, and a few other small playground pieces that make for the perfect spot to play tag! There are several picnic tables that are in the back corner. They’re covered and even have built in baby seats to make eating much easier for those with young kids. It has a small splash pad in the back close to the picnic tables! The water is not yet turned on, but here’s to hoping it will be soon! That would really put this park over the top! There are even fun little surprises as you walk up the path to the park. The arch way plays music as you walk under it, there’s a joke telling fairy statue, and a few statues designed to echo words across to eachother when the kids whisper into the ears. The bathrooms and trash cans are cleaned constantly—we’ve seen an attendant every time we’ve visited. Fair warning—the cicadas are INSANE here! We happen to love them, so it’s an added bonus! The skate park is amazing! It seems newer and has a bunch of seating, some covered, for families who just watch the kids having fun. We take our scooters and bikes. It’s NEVER busy—maybe 1 or 2 other people there at a time. There’s plenty of parking in front of both the park and the skate park. It’s also very easy to walk between the two because of a over sidewalk that stretches all across the area. There are also some walking paths thru the wooden area.

This is such a fun playground. It has so many different elements so there are lots of options if your kids are different ages. If you bring more than one child I recommend not being the only adult as it’s hard to keep eyes on both kids at once with so many structures. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there was trash all over.

My children and I absolutely love this park!! It's always clean, lots to do and there's always kids there! I've also seen some pretty successful birthday parties here as well. They also have actual bathrooms that are also very clean. Plus this park has all the different swings you can think of. And as the best part you see a lot of different birds since they're so close to harford Glenn. I hope you enjoy your experience!

This is a great place for my two-year-old daughter, but I have one concern. Both my daughter and I suffer from chronic allergies (see an ENT physician regularly), and my friend’s 3 y.o. daughter has lung issues. I noticed that the play area, especially the section for younger kids, was not clean or properly sanitized for a long time. The play area should be cleaned daily and several times throughout the day. Maintaining cleanliness should be a top priority. I saw people with infants crawling around the dirty area.

Exceeded my expectations. I went to hyperkidz a year ago and it was unorganized and it felt crowded and rushed but I still liked it. This past weekend I had my daughters birthday here. There was someone near the door that checked us in, checked our party in, introduced our hostess, and provided 2 rolly carts for our things. The facility looked clean and it was not loud. It was not overcrowded especially considering it was Saturday at 130. Our hostess was very nice and attentive. She reminded me of the time because I kept forgetting. There were emplyoees dressed as characters roaming around interacting with the kids. They did a safety check and played safety announcements over the intercom. Lots of stuff for a 1 year-old, even outside of the designated baby section. They provide highchair upon request. All of this experience just made me feel welcomed, safe, and provided a great experience. The manager Noelis kept checking on our n party to see if we needed anything and she was attentive both in person and via call/email prior to the party. Id have another birthday party here.

We had a great experience celebrating our daughter’s birthday. From the moment we walked in the manager, Jamal, was there to help. Our party helper, Ameerah, was professional and helpful. She communicated with us throughout the event and made sure we had everything we needed. All of the party kiddos had a great time. My only negative feedback is the “outside food fee”. The party was very expensive and I should have been able to bring additional food items beyond what was included in my expensive package. I knew this when booking so it was not a surprise but still annoying. We ended up buying additional pizza which worked fine but I would have liked to be able to bring some more.

Great park! Today was our first time at this park and it did not disappoint (except the bathrooms are STILL closed d/t COVID, I suppose). Vivid play structures and lots of inspiration for playing! There is a misting park for the warmer season (not today, of course). The slides here were great for ALL ages. My kiddo is tall for his age and enjoyed as much as older toddlers. Lots of free parking. There’s a little of everything for the kiddos to explore: monkey bars, slides, ladders, tunnels, bridges, music, and so much more! My kiddo had a blast! Highly recommend and we definitely will be back!

This playground is awesome! We had so much fun! Lots of space for shaded picnics, clean bathrooms right near by and great structures for all ages. We can't wait to come in the Summer to try out all the water features! Pro tip: your kids will love doing the scavenger hunt on the sign near the archway. We also stopped at the skate park on the way out to ride scooters. Such a blast!

Park is awesome! I enjoyed it just as much as my 2-year-old.... maybe more. There's nothing like this where I'm from!?! None of the buttons worked but I assume that's because most of the buttons involve spring of water and it's still pretty early in spring to be spraying water all over the place.

They park is nice and the children enjoyed the slides. There are tables and benches for families to relax. However, there are some things that need attention, such as the rusted fence. It is not brown, that is rust and needs to be addressed asap. There are normal wear and tear issues, and PG should regularly go out check and fix for safety purposes.

Big and unique fairytale playground. My 4- and 6- year olds loved this place. There are shaded picnic areas inside the park. The mist was turned off, and I imagine it's a welcome respite on hot days. Almost no one was wearing a mask, but it was not very busy and big enough to safely social distance. The bathrooms were also open. After the playground we headed to the skate park which is really big. They have nifty shade and chairs right on the side of the skating area.
