They have completely redone the park and playground. It's still small but much nice than the old one. It has musical instruments, elliptical machine, stationary bikes, and some other fun things. There are restrooms on site.

Wonderful park for all ages. It is small but we like that actually. Our kids don’t get easily lost because the park is fairly small.

Great park - gets busy during peak hours but the equipment is good quality and the padded surface is extremely soft (great for the adventurous toddler learning to control their sea legs) Only note: make sure you tell your kid to watch their heads inside the tower. The clearance is low even for little kids and they doink their heads off it constantly. It is padded with rubber, but that won't stop little McKynsleigh or Bryxton from getting red-rovered on their way to the twirly slide.

Another amazing park in Carmel! We loved the squishy ground, things to climb and all the musical stations. The nature path around the park is great for a shaded walk on a hot day. Highly recommend!

This is an awesome park for kids of all ages. There's a good mix of activities for younger kids and older kids, with two separate playgrounds to keep everyone separated and safe. There's also some workout equipment and a ton of swings. The covered patio area in the middle is a huge bonus for us parents.

This is an adorable little park. The sand is a great concept. There are sand wasps though that I wish they treated for. Although they don't tend to sting, they're scary for the kids. There's great hade here as well. While you probably can't spend more than a couple hours here, it's too cute to pass up. Remember to bring your own sand toys!

My boys are both on the spectrum and live sand. We came to this park just as a day time filler. We have never been happier. Clean well maintained. It has a huge sand pit to play in and amazing fun equipment. It also has trails we haven't gotten on yet. We can wait. Soccer field and a over hang to eat under. Plenty of seating for parents to watch and well organized so you can see your kids from all areas. My son loved the caves and pretend animals on the walls. This is a must go and we will be back many times this summer.

We come to this park a lot but today we had the rare chance to be the only family there. It was great to run around and my kids love the rock climbing and slides. The swings are also great because there’s big kid and baby swings. My toddler enjoys pointing out the animals that are “hidden” in the rock formations and going through the many tunnels. We also enjoyed a walk around the green space and took a trail through the park with the stroller. We will be back!

The playground was nice enough, there are some chairs placed around for parents to sit in while watching their children play, but there are NO public restrooms available. It looks like there had been at one time under the bridge, but it was chained and locked with no "out of order" signs. The canals have some pretty amazing activities, but not having a public restroom nearby-tanked the rating for me.

As a parent I absolutely LOVE this park! It’s one of the few parks on my Apple guides that I go to with my loved ones. There are beautiful trails to walk & information boards about the animals & insects that live around/along the trails! I love the playground! There are playground sets for all ages, literally (there are three different playgrounds).. there is a small playground for toddlers, a medium playground for elementary age/school children, & a large playground set with big amazing slides & steps/ladders for bigger children! There are swings on both sides of the playground to cater to kids & there’s a swing for parents who want to swing with their little ones! The bathrooms are located in the middle of the opening to the park (there are two restrooms), there are tons of people who play tennis or pickleball daily (always packed)! Parking is skimp & tight at times but overall I just love this park!

So beautiful, new and clean park. The playground is so unique and lot of things for kids to play, especially the younger ones like mine (3&4 yro). We live in downtown, it's quite a drive for us to come here but if we live closer, we would be here every day. They also have hiking trail and fishing lake in the same park. We haven't explored it yet but saw people with fishing rods walking in. Overall, this park is definitely worth to check it out for both small and big kids

This is a fantastic park. The playground equipment is well designed and we love the soft/bouncy ground that covers the entire play area. My only “grievance” is that it was a little difficult to get to my 2yo when he fell after he ventured a little too high into one of the playground sections. But despite the fall, we really enjoyed playing on the playground. The walking path around the park is so beautiful in the fall. There is a nice, peaceful spot to sit and view the pond. I will absolutely be visiting this park many times and I appreciate that there are spots to play for children of all ages.

I really like this playground a lot. Especially the playing surface I absolutely hate taking my son to playgrounds with sand it's the absolute worst it's everything everywhere. Mulch is not as bad but this surface was amazing every playground should have it and their playground equipment was awesome. I would highly recommend this park to anyone with kids. Very clean a police presence for safety all the kids that were there seem to be very well mannered and respectful which is pretty rare anymore. Great place to take your child to burn some energy

Great playground for all ages (mostly for 3+) and still very new. They do have a dedicated area for 1 to 3 year olds. The rest is really for 3 or 4 year olds up to 12. New and challenging equipment to climb. Not the run of the mill stuff. Lots of climbing wall like structures to get places not just stairs. Lots of ropes and mesh to climb.

Falls Park Playground opened Fall 2023 and has already brought hundreds of people so much joy! This park is fun for both kids and adults. There is a small child section specifically designed for children ages 2 to 5 and then there’s an older section for 6 to 12 year olds. Both sections are very close connected so you can very easily watch all your kids if they’re playing in separate sections of the park. The equipment is some of the best around too. I think the pictures speak for themselves! From tunnels, musical equipment, big/small slides, handicap adaptive swings, climbing ropes course, spinning chairs, a lending library and SO many things to climb and interact with - your kids will not get bored here! Not to mention the majority of the park has soft padding under all the play equipment making any falls or accidental trips less painful for your little ones. I love how the park has a winding sidewalk all around it with tons of benches and swings for you to sit on and watch your kids. They have a large shade canopy as well too to sit under. There are public restrooms open during the daytime right by the park as well. Parking is across the street near Falls Park or a strip on the opposite side as well. The community of Pendleton is very friendly and welcoming too, so if you visit Falls Park playground, you’re sure to feel safe and comfortable with all the others parents and children.

An excellent playground for kids. Areas for various ages and abilities are set up with space between, so a large family with a spread of ages may be challenged to keep eyes on all the kids if they spread out to play. I was here with my daughter and grandchildren. We alternated staying with the pre-crawling baby, or accompanying the toddler exploring the equipment. Several benches for adults to sit on, which is welcome.

This playground is not safe for children between the age of 2 to 5 years old, like the sign says . The surface for landing is hard. The slide is way to high for children that age. They could fall out of that tree house very easily. I definitely would not allow my children around the water or water fall, especially around that high current part. The bridges that the people walk on looks like they need to replace them, looks very worn out and old.

Don’t listen to the reviewer who says it isn’t safe for who it’s designed for; the sign clearly says “5-12 year olds,” not toddlers. My toddler had fun anyway, but just like anywhere, you have to be with them to keep them safe ;) obviously you shouldn’t let your 2 year old being alone by the water 😆

There's so many fun things to do here! The children's play area is fantastic. It's set up very well, with several different areas. It has fun acoustic musical stations, swings, slides, and spinning stools. There is a covered area for you to sit and watch the kids play. It also has a book library to utilize while you're there.

This is a beautiful park and playground, offering all the conveniences you need like picnic tables, shade, restrooms, and drinking fountains. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing walk to take in the outdoor scenery. The playground itself is a highlight, featuring a splash pad and a unique, engaging layout that kids love. It's clean, safe, and overall, a wonderful place to spend time with the family. Highly recommended!

Love this place for fishing. The pier around the pond is very clean, sturdy and wide with plenty of room for walking and running. The pond itself is very clean with ducks and lily around. There is a big hill and playground for the kids to play in or climb. The picnic tables are in a shaded area with roofs.

This was our first time back since West Park was renovated. They completely moved everything except the pond. The splash area is nice. Our only complaint would be that the water shut off, and we didn't find any way to turn it back on. There are 3 wheels at the top of the hill, near the big slide, but they didn't turn water on. It was a little chilly today, so it wasn't a big deal to not get back in the water. Great job, Carmel Clay parks!

Nice little park with a beautiful view of the river. The kids enjoyed seeing the barges in the river and the other boats while they were playing. The only issue I have is the park is super close to the road. It's not a high-traffic area or anything, there are several huge speed bumps present and it is heavily patrolled by New Albany Police. But even though there are all these safety precautions in place, there are still some idiots out there that want to treat that area like a NASCAR race track... Kind of scary with my little girls playing that close to the road, especially my autistic baby girl. Other than that, amazing little park to play at.
