Pine Lake is absolutely beautiful. You can tell the community takes very good care of it and is very proud of its beauty. The water is super clean and clear, turtles basking sun on tree logs on the lake, tons of fish in the lake, trails are well maintained. The playground is fun, and also includes a sandy beach. How awesome is that? Facilities also include a boat house, picnic tables, parking lot.

We’re visiting my parents from out of town and I wanted to take my 2 year old to the park. This park is old, sad and practically abandoned. We were shocked when we showed up. The beach has signs that says “keep off” and the water is ick looking. The search continues for clean and children friendly parks here.
