We went for open play with my daughter and her best friend. We had a WONDERFUL time. Truly worth the very inexpensive price plus it’s all day play, no time limit. You run out to eat and come back with your armbands. And the staff was absolutely the best. Might I add it was a Saturday in the middle of the day and it wasn’t so busy you couldn’t move. I also appreciate the kids playing didn’t cuss or act ugly. It was just an all around great experience for our family. We have gone to other places in Birmingham to some sad results. But Let’s Play is truly a gem!! Thanks to everyone who made this enjoyable!!

Jan 25, 2025: AWESOME PLACE! Safe, affordable, clean, and fun! Important note: The pictures currently available are totally different than the current layout, it's MUCH cooler! My wife and I went here today with our toddler and our 11 year old nephew. 2 adults and one toddler would've been $25, but 1 adult 1 child was $17 or so each (and they had a tip option on the screen? Maybe because it's in a fancy area?)

We’ve been to 2 kids’ bday parties here. Super loud and crowded. The check in process is tedious and time consuming and the line gets backed up and makes the lobby congested. Same crowding issue when trying to get your shoes and leave. A bit inefficient. But the staff are kind and the place is clean. I don’t frequently visit as we don’t have young kids but I can see the appeal for those who do. It’s a blast for the little ones and the character dance parties are cute. The private party rooms are nice.

We took our six grandkids here as one of their Christmas presents. They all had a blast! The young ladies working were so kind and helpful for our first time. Throughout our time there, the employees were constantly spot cleaning the play areas and the restrooms were the cleanest public restrooms I have ever seen. This is a great and reasonably priced place to take your kids and let them just be a kid.
